When Amélie is two and a half years old, she tastes white chocolate for the first time and only then truly begins to live. She starts to talk, gets to know her brother, sister, and parents, discovers the garden at their house, the seasons, and time. The beauty, but also the tragedy around her, shapes her into who she is.
Little Amélie is a visually stunning animated film for adults, about the healing power of human connection, based on the book of the same name by Amélie Nothomb.
