Concordia brings pupils, students, and teachers into contact with art and artists. Viewing art involves much more than just your eyes. You are stimulated to learn to look creatively, critically, and with an inquiring mind. What do you remember from a visit to the exhibition? Using VTS (Visual Thinking Strategy), we teach you to look more closely in the exhibition space by using all your senses. What do the artworks and their creators have to tell us, and what do the pupils themselves see in the artworks? How can you engage in dialogue with an artwork, with yourself, your group, and how does that resonate with your vocabulary, your ideas, and your own artistic expression? This is how you create and collect experiences and memories.
