Kids4Twente is a regional movement that wants to let children in Twente discover, investigate, and design. We believe that curiosity is the engine of learning. That’s why we bring science & technology (S&T) closer, right into the daily lives of children at school.
Kids4Twente was born from the conviction that the world of tomorrow demands creative problem solvers, critical thinkers, and young pioneers who are not afraid to turn their ideas into actions. Especially in Twente, with its strong tradition of innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship, we want to give children the opportunity to discover those qualities within themselves.
In collaboration with schools, companies, cultural institutions, and the government, we are gradually building a rich learning environment where children can develop their talents. Kids4Twente is not a standalone project but an ongoing program where we strengthen each other: teachers, school leaders, policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs, and of course, the children themselves. Together, we seek ways to make S&T education meaningful, attractive, and feasible.
