  • An American psychiatrist investigates the Nazi leaders who will be prosecuted in Nuremberg, but becomes entangled in Göring's web.

In 1945, shortly after the fall of the Third Reich, the main Nazi leaders are arrested. The American psychiatrist Douglas Kelley is tasked with determining whether they are competent to stand trial during the Nuremberg trial. One of the prisoners he must assess is Hermann Göring — charming, manipulative, dangerous. What follows is a deadly game of power and mind between the two men, as the world waits for justice.

Based on a true story, previously published in book form as Jack El-Hai’s page-turner The Nazi and the Psychiatrist.
