  • Love and duty collide in the heart of a young undercover agent.

The young Lucas (Tom Blyth, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes) is an undercover agent in 1990s New York. His task: to seduce homosexual men in order to arrest them afterwards. But then he meets Andrew (Russell Tovey) – and everything changes. Their forbidden romance grows in the shadow of danger, lies, and societal rejection. How far are you willing to go when your heart pulls you in the opposite direction of your duty?

Plainclothes is an immersive mix of thriller and romance, and it was awarded at the Sundance Film Festival.
