  • Spotting famous Dutch people in a warm film about a non-binary teenager and their queer family members in Amsterdam.

Director Hannah (Olivia Colman) and her non-binary teenager Frances (Aud Mason-Hyde) travel together to Amsterdam for a visit to their queer grandfather “Jimpa” (John Lithgow). When Frances wants to stay with Jim in Amsterdam for a year to complete his final school year, Hannah is forced to re-evaluate her perspective on parenthood. Her relationship with her father is also seen in a new light.

Warm, loving film featuring a whole array of famous Dutch people!
