Midsummer Murder Mystery

Gekko & Kat want to bring more curiosity and playfulness into everyday life. They do this through events and exhibitions where play, art, and people come together. Gekko & Kat are organizing their murder mystery for the second time, right in the middle of the exhibition. And you can participate! You will be assigned a character, slip into your role (and outfit?!), and try to find the clues to the mystery that are hidden in the artworks in the exhibition, while a charming musician waltzes you through the night.

The lifeless body of Boris Pasternak has been found in the basement of Concordia art space. Who is the murderer, and why and how was Pasternak killed!? You will find the solution using subtle hints hidden throughout the exhibition space.

The mystery is set in the 1920s, Agatha Christie style. Will you come over all dressed up? Take a look at the photos for costume-inspiration!

Gekko & Kat, better known as Sophia and Nadine, frequently organize playful art events, such as the recent art scavenger hunt in Hengelo. They have surpassed themselves with this artistic murdermystery in which all the artworks play a significan role and participants spontaneously collaborate with each other, or conversely, skillfully outdo one another.
