Power To The People: John & Yoko Live in NYC is a concert film from 2026 featuring footage from two grand live performances by John Lennon & Yoko Ono at Madison Square Garden, New York City, on August 30, 1972.

On August 30, 1972, John Lennon & Yoko Ono performed two legendary, sold-out One to One concerts. They raised over 1.5 million dollars (equivalent to 11.5 million dollars in 2026) for children with intellectual disabilities and developmental disorders. These were the only full concerts that John Lennon (with Yoko Ono) gave after leaving The Beatles.

The film has been re-edited, restored, and remixed. Originally filmed by multi-camera director Steve Gebhardt in 1972, this 2026 version of the concert film is directed by Simon Hilton. The music production was handled by Sean Ono Lennon. Hits performed include John's ‘New York City’, ‘Instant Karma!’, ‘Imagine’, and ‘Mother’, Yoko's ‘Don't Worry Kyoko’ and ‘Open Your Box’, exhilarating renditions of ‘Come Together’ and ‘Hound Dog’, and as an encore ‘Give Peace a Chance’ featuring special guests such as Stevie Wonder, Melanie, and many others.
